a fun-filled night at Helipad!

as mentioned, Bf came over to meet me in the evening at about 6.45pm. we had dinner below my place where they served very good western food which i must seriously recommend to all! Bf ordered the Porkchop which i felt was really tasty and the meat is very tender! i as usual had my favourite Fish and Chips! which without saying is very good as well! the fish is fresh and well marinated and fried.

After our yummy dinner, we head down to The Central. i seriously dread the carpark there! makes me dizzy! keep going in rounds just to get to the actual parking levels. on top of that it was very steep and narrow! faints~ anyway lazy luck was with us and we manage to find a parking lot as a car just left! so after parking we went straight to Helipad to get seats before the crowd came. While waiting for the others to arrive we ordered our drinks first. Had my Vodka Cranberry, while he had Carlsberg draft. And as we went during happy hours. we had 1-for-1! haha! What a steal~ hehe!

Soon Ansley, JunHao, Jenson and Phyllis came, followed by JiaLiang, Celina and Adrian. We then ordered the Carlsberg Tower as our drinks were all finished by 9+ or 10pm. Chatted and some of them played games and at about 1+am, Bf and i left first as we were both pretty tired.

I must say, the view from Helipad and the ambiance at Helipad is really good! Music was alright as they're playing trance and house music, but kinda too loud to the point we couldnt hear each other talking and ended up having to shout. On top of that it wasnt very happening as the dancefloor the empty the whole night and people come and go all the time. Plus most of them spend most of the time outdoors where they can smoke instead of sitting inside. But nonetheless i do like the place and would definately wanna make a trip down again soon. =)

aside from going to Helipad, we went to explore other areas of The Central as well. As one of us have the access card to Soho, which is the condo or rather apartment there, we get to go to the Gym, Swimming pool and Jacuzzi and also to check out other views from The Central. i must say the place is very nice! and the best part is, we'll be going for the Jacuzzi and swimming tomorrow!! =) weee~ here some quick shot of the place! Will definately be uploading more pictures of the place and the Jacuzzi session tomorrow! Stay Tuned!

woke up this morning at 8+am by Bf's call. went back to slp and at about 11+ he called again. went to prep and out i went to meet him for lunch. we then went to Changi Airport T2 for lunch at Swensen's! Yummy! i ordered Sirloin Steak while he had Ribeye Steak! and we ordered the Cookie Summit! food was alright and i still love the cookie summit though i've ate it a couple of times! but as mentioned in previous post i couldnt eat much thus didnt finish my food yet again.. we catched up and chatted bout stuff since i've not met him for quite awhile since he had to go for reservice, while i had to study for exams, rush my assignment and was away in Bangkok! =) after lunch he send me home.

Yeap! My assignment is FINALLY over! HaPpY hApPy HAPPY!! its been rushed the whole of last night til 4am and woke up this morning to rush again from 10am til 6pm! and at 7.30pm its been submitted to school!! the agony, the sleepless nights, the torture, the headaches... its all OVER! (well for now at least *sigh*)


and after all the stress~ i was rewarded with dinner at Waraku Japanese Casual Dining! Yummy~ but sadly lately my appetite aint very good, thus i could only finish 1/4 of my Tonkatsu Ramen. Ordered the Potato Mochi and my all time favourite Iidako(mini octopus)!! (without fail MUST order when eating Jap food) hehe~ had Chuhai Apple which is a sort of cocktail which means it is alcoholic. But it taste quite refreshing! =) The salmon wasnt very fresh though. Service was not bad as the waitresses were all very friendly =)

sadly i didnt snap any photos though. sad~ lately due to too much stress my brain seem to malfunction. been VERY absent minded recently! sigh~

April Fools' Day or All Fools' Day, although not a holiday in its own right, is a notable day celebrated in many countries on April 1. The day is marked by the commission of hoaxes and other practical jokes of varying sophistication on friends, family members, enemies, and neighbours, or sending them on fool's errand, the aim of which is to embarrass the gullible. Elsewhere, such as in Ireland, France, and the USA, the jokes last all day.

The origin of April Fools' Day is obscure. One likely theory is that the modern holiday was first celebrated soon after the adoption of the Gregorian Calendar; the term referred to someone still adhering to the Julian Calendar, which it replaced. In many pre-Christian cultures May Day (May 1) was celebrated as the first day of summer, and signalled the start of the spring planting season. An April Fool was someone who did this prematurely. Another origin is that April 1 was counted the first day of the year in France. When King Charles IX changed that to January 1, some people stayed with April 1. Those who did were called "April Fools" and were taunted by their neighbors. In the eighteenth century the festival was often posited as going back to the times of Noah. This brings back old memories of my primary and secondary school days where i use to always play pranks on my friends and fooled many of them. Those were the fun days. Now everyone is too busy to probably even bother bout today. Some probably didnt even notice its Aprils Fool once again!

feeling jaded once again. totally worn out from everything. mainly assignments. all these stress is causing me to go insane again. thoughts go running around crazily in my head. i totally cant focus. the assignment due date is just tomorrow. and i have only today til tomorrow 7.30pm to complete. complete as in finish the assignment, printed, binded and at school to submit. im running out of time and i just cant wait for this agony to end.

lotsa stuff in mind. lotsa things left undone.

I'm back from Bangkok

I'm back from Bangkok

It was sucha rush trip. everything was so rush!

Reached Thailand on sat night (1st day)at about 8+pm (thai time). Took a cab and went to our hotel to check-in. (Grand Diamond Suite Hotel) After which we went out for dinner and bought some stuff on the way. After which we head out to club! I cant remember exactly which club we went but it was really crowded. I personally feel the DJ aint very gd though. The songs were all so messily mixed and played. changing from slow to fast songs, from genre to genre. but the people there were pretty fun! haha!

on sunday (2nd day), we went for breakfast, after which head out to shop! went to 'Chut-to-chut' for only bout half an hour before they decide to go elsewhee to shop as the sun was just too hot and we were all melting! We then head to Platinum to shop. Then we head to have CharSiu noodle for lunch where we bumped into Jeffrey! after which we continued shopping. evening we went back to put our stuff back at the hotel and went out again for dinner at MBK before finally coming back to rest for the day.

on monday (last day), we went to Baiyoke Sky Hotel to have breakfast as we didnt like the breakfast at our hotel. after which continue shopping and Linda went to the dentist to wash her teeth (thats where i use the comp there to blog from bangkok), after which we went to shop around abit before going back to hotel to pack our stuff and checked out. we then went out again to platinum to continue shopping again. shopped til Shirlene realise she lost our baggage slip, thus not wanting to take any chances of the anyone picking up the slip and going to the hotel to take out baggages, we decided to end out shopping trip and rush back to get out baggages and took the minivan which we hired to the airport. and as they calculated the time wrongly, we reached the airport too early and ended up waiting there for about 4hours before we could check in our luggages. Went to have dinner and after checking in we went to walk around for awhile til our legs were all tired and went in to sit down for another 2 hours til we could board the plane back to Singapore. The wait would ahve been shorter if not for the stupid flight delay. *sulks* By the time we arrived Singapore where my dad came to pick me up, it was about 1.30am! got home at 2am, washed up and i went to slp right away without even having any energy to unpack my luggage~

anyway i gotta get back to rushing my assignment which is due on 2april09! will upload the picts soon! not much picts though. As i didnt use my camara to take any at all. some of the picts are in Shirlene and Yvonne's camara. Thus have to wait for them to send to me. which i dont think would be very soon. Anyway picts wouldnt be more than 20shots. *sigh* will take more picts on my next trip there again. *ciao for now~*

Yeap im still in bangkok right now. will be back by today at about 12midnight! well just a brief update...sad to say i didnt get to buy much as we in quite a rush all the time. and my girls are all food lovers. thus we kept eating! faints. haha! we even bumped into Jeffrey while having lunch yesterday! haha! what a coincident!

in just another 6 hours plus from now i would be on the plane flying towards Thailand, Bangkok! This trip would be going with Shirlene, Linda and Yvonne. Shopping madness, Cheap Massages, Non stop eating and tons of Fun Fun Fun with my girls~! So looking forward to it!

But yet i would be missing my precious Muffin, baby, my family, my room, my blog, and my loyal readers! But fret not! Its only a short trip and i will be back on Monday Night! Thus dont miss me too much! haha! =D

My Poor Darling probably feels very naked now.

He is back from grooming and its as if he's having some kinda morale issue. The usual Vainpot Muffin who loves to camwhore doesnt seem to enjoy having his photos taken. He kept looking away from the camara, hiding himself, turning away or simply dig his head into the blanket or face down. And he's not smiling in any of the photos at all! Thus making it very difficult for me to snap many picts of him. Could only manage to snap a few before i eventually gave up and let Muffin rest.

Anyway My parents and bro commented he looks like a lamb now. Haha! All of us thinks he looks kinda skinny now and he looks better with long fur. But my dad feels he looks cuter now without his long fur. Haha!

In anyway my silly Darling, I still LOVE you all the same! *hugs*muacks* =)
