Supper and Movie outing with e254!

yesterday night received a sms from John to inform me that they are going to catch a movie at Downtown East. i was pretty hesitant at first, as firstly i was lazy, secondly i had initially wanted to catch the show with my BF, and lastly, i was feeling pretty down since BF had flown to India.

But ended up after some sms and calls, i decided to join them. Instead of feeling so alone at home, i might as well join my friends! =) And so at 9pm, Shixiong and John came by to pick me up and we headed down to Downtown East to meet Leon, Xiuying and YaLun to catch the show, "Ghost of Girlfriend's past"! Its a very AWESOME show!! 4.5/5 Popcorns!! A combination of comedy and romance! Definitely my favourite category of movies!! =D

Well, It's a cleverly comedic twist on Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol, where Fashion photographer Connor Mead (Matthew McConaughey) who is a typical ladies' man and playboy, meets the ghost of his Uncle Wayne, who returns to warn him of his wicked ways, along with visits by the Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, Present and Future. And after this very night, his theories on love are destined to change!

anyway its a recommended show! and i wont even mind watching it AGAIN! Think i'll most likely get BF to watch it when he returns! and i'll be there to watch it again with him! hehe! Yay! =D

After the show, we left and headed down to Changi Village for supper~ Leon and YaLun had the famous Nasi Lemak, while the rest of us just settled for drinks and desserts! Yummy! I ordered the AloeVera De Strawberry, while the rest of them has Ice Kacang, Avocado with Durian and Redtea jelly (something like tt, i cant rmbr whats the actual name of it!). I must say, the desserts there are all quite good! especially the store's famous red tea jelly! =) After which Shixiong send all of us home! =)

As for today, as usual Monday is my rest day and in the evening i'll have to go to school~ sigh~ double booo~

Baby just flew to India, Chennai, to give training! sigh..and he'll only be back next Saturday morning! Its only been a few hours since i last saw him. but im already missing him and worrying bout him. I know he's a grown man who is able to take care of himself. but i just cant help but worry as long he aint in my sight! on top of that he is miles apart from me right now! =( *sulks*

Anyway i pray that our Holy Father Lord will always be with him and watch over him throughout his stay in India! May our Father Lord grant him strength and wisdom! may his training go well too! =) with all these i pray in Jesus precious name! Amen!

I cant wait for him to be back~ counting down 5 and a half days! =)

Friday night, couldnt attend Bible Study as usual as i had to go to school for my FYP briefing! Sulks! But no choice as the briefing was pretty important for me! Was having quite a bad headache throughout the day and so after class i went home to tk some panadols and rested. Almost went to ThaiDisco with Linda and Simin, but end up after popping panadols and resting on my comfy bed, i eventually knocked out for the night til the next morning!


Saturday, went to school for lessons. my day didnt start of pretty right! before leaving home i was looking for shoes to go with my dress, and realize i had 3 pairs of sandals and shoes that were already spoilt! *sulks* i didnt even noticed them til that day! so sad! and while looking through my shoe rack and searching through some shoe boxes, i found a pretty shoes that i havent wore for a long long time! probably 2 yrs at least! i had like tt pair alot but hardly wore it as it hurts my feet! but since i had bought a feet anti-blister wax thingy, i could wear almost any shoes i like without much blisters and pain! and so i decide to wear that pair of shoes out!! it was alright at first and i happily made my way to school! upon reaching Douby Ghaut and while walking towards school, i realise the shoe is getting loose and its kinda difficult for me to walk, but still i manage to make my way to school, only to find out later on while in class that my shoes had spoilt! sobs!! i was so sad! in fact by the time after school and while walking to parklane i was dragging myself there with a totally spoilt shoes! SUPER UNGLAM!! apparently i've kept the shoes for too long and the glue and all had disintegraded!! sigh....there goes yet another pair of shoes for the day!! in total i threw 4pairs of shoe in a day!! sigh... gd thing i found out in class and quickly informed my BF to bring a pair of my heels that i had at his place for me! and so he came to pick me up with Sylvia and i quickly changed into my heels and we headed for church service!

While in the car on the way to Expo and while in the toilet at Expo! =p Narcistic Me! i love my hairband! although i know its kinda too cute for me! haha! but still i like it! haa!

This is where my day got better! We were having the Celebrity Weekend!! some of the celebrities that came were Liu Gen Hong, Milk aka Niu Nai (Ex Energy Member), F.I.R, Vanness Woo, Jacelyn Tay, Ocean Ou De Yang, etc etc. it totally felt like a concert! and i felt that their testimonies were all pretty impactful and powerful! =D indeed a wonderful night! And the service was fun! =)

After service, we went to Pasir Ris Dr 6 for dinner and to celebrate the June babies's birthday! Namely ShuLing and WeiShun!! Happy birthday people! =) After which Sylvia, Bf and Me headed down to EastCoastPark, Beach Cabana for drinks and chill while chatting bout some business stuff before we eventually parted and headed home for the night! =)

As for Today, woke up and eat and napped and woke up and eat again! haha! its a lazy sunday for us! Bf did his last min packing of luggage before he send me home. After which his dad send him to the airport, as he's been assigned to give training in India, Chennai for a week. Gosh, after which i totally regret not going with him to the airport. sigh! well i didnt wanna trouble his dad to fetch me home after that, thus Bf had send me home before he went. =(


He should be at the airport now, checking in...and will be flying off in bout 2 hrs time~ =(

woke up late this morning for morning prayers meeting. my alarm has once again failed me and John overslept as well! haa! and so i didnt go. anyway woke up with my love beside me and we washed up and he prep for work. i then send him and some carton boxes to the Changi Airport for his sister and send him off to work at Suntec before making my way back home. Heard from my mum that Muffin miss me alot! last night when i left home he cried and whine for quite awhile and went hysterical! gosh my sweet and silly lil darling!

anyway came home and rest for awhile before i brought him for his annual jab at Mount Pleasant Vet (East). he's a brave lil boy!! didnt cry or whine at all. only clung very tightly onto me! i remember the last time i brought him for a gastric jab and he screamed so loudly and ran to me and clung onto me! so adorable! anyway i was a proud mummy! hehe! after the jab he made a new friend!! another 4mths old maltese! super cute. wanted to go home as the weather was simply killing me and i was having quite a headache. but seeing the 2 of them playing made me wanna stay longer. and thus i did! started chatting with the owner and we became friends too! exchanged numbers and email! haha! soon after we parted and i came back home!

its been months since i last met my best of pals! How time flies, but yet im thankful that our platonic friendship is still going strong! He's a friend i can trust, confide in and turn to when i'm down. A friend that have seen me thru my ups and downs. A friend that shares my laughters and tears. A friend who accepts me for who i am, and i can totally be myself. Someone who doesnt mind doing silly stuff with me! He's also a great neighbour, shopping, gaming, supper, and ktv khaki!! =) he's none other then Darren Ling JS! =)

and so we decided to meet up today for lunch and shopping! =D but in the morning i was woken up by a morning call from John at 5.45am but i doze back to slp til 6.15am, woke up and rush down for morning Prayers Meeting again! was so tired that i almost fainted and had gastric after the meeting, thus went to have KFC breakfast with KaiYun! and today just the both of us, we chatted for 3 hours before we parted and headed home~ In the afternoon met up with Dar below my place and we took the train down to Bugis to have Sakae Sushi! Yummylicious~ my all time fave~ Japanese cuisines~ hehe! we didnt eat much though we were pretty hungry initially. we ended up sitting there for 2hrs just chatting and laughing til we were so full we didnt eat as much as expected!

after which accompanied him to his music school along Kandahar Street to get his piano scores for his upcoming gig performance, before we went for a very filling dinner at Empire State, which is located at the new shopping centre, Iluma, for dinner before i head to school. :) and i must say...the escalator from the 1st to 4th floor is scary! super long way up~ my legs were trembling when i looked back down!! faints~ if we were to trip and fall~ tts it!! dead for sure~ (in hokkien also known as 'bua bua si!' haa!) its sucha long way down and up!! and m too afraid to even move or take things out of my bag for fear i drop something! or else i sure tk out my camera to tk a pict of the view down from the escalator~!! haa! =p Plus the food at Empire State is not bad as well!! the concept is pretty much like NewYorkNewYork though. but good food indeed! recommended!! =)

Morning prayers are refreshing!!

i've not been waking up so early for sucha long time! its been 2 to 3 mths since my bio-clock went topsy-turvy! been slping at 4am to 5am and waking up at 10am to 12+pm or even at 2pm sometimes! but this very morning i woke up at 5.30am (*beams*) and forced myself to go to bed at 1am last night! but since im not used to slping so early i ended up tossing and turning in bed til 2+am before i eventually doze off~ thus its pretty shocking for some of my CG members to see me (the night owl as they called) that early in the morning!~ on top of that i was the First to reach Payer Lebar MRT station! haa! anyway shortly after i reach a few of them came and we went up for our morning Prayer Meeting! =)

its the first morning prayer meeting i attended. and i must say im pretty surprised that i felt so refreshed and felt good bout it! =) anyway after prayers, Kaiyun, John, Christine and me headed for McDonalds breakfast, while the others rushed to work. Christine left for work after breakfast while the 3 of us stayed on to continue fellowship~ chatted bout stuff and we got so caught up that we didnt realise we've chatted for 2 hours! haa~ after which we all headed home. =)

Upon reaching home did the housechores, iron and folded the basket of clothes, bath Muffin, practice on my guitar and did some revision. =) Waking up early is indeed good! Cuz i get to accomplish more things in the day!! looking forward to this whole wk of prayer meetings~ =)

Friday evening 5June09, Bf came to pick me up and we went for the 2nd session of Bible Study, Song of Solomon at Expo Hall 1. Before which, we went to get hotdogs and a drink from Orange Julius and made our way there. BS session was once again very good!! After which we went to Bedok to have dinner with a few others of our Cellgroup members. =) Headed home aftermath and watched tv before heading to bed.

Saturday morning 6June09, woke up and we went to the post office to mail out the forms for our Advanced Diver Card! We then went to Katong for our fave Beef noodles that we havent ate for quite some time! =) He then send me home as he wanted to revise thru his work stuff over this wkend. Thus i lazed at home and waited for Sylvia to come over to my place before we took a cab down to Church Service! Our service was with Pastor Mary Alice! =)

After service, we went to Simpang Bedok for dinner and fellowship. after dinner some of them left including Sylvia, and the 10 of us, John, Christine, Jeremy, Zixiu, Shixiong, Chewlin, Lawrence, Leon, Shihui and me continue our fellowship session at Holland Village Coffee Club! had the yummy Mudpie with drinks and chatted til late before we took a cab home and ended the night. =) its been a fantastic night where we chatted about everything under the sun, only thing tt i wasnt very entertained with was the topic on Gory stuff tt totally irks me and caused me to turned pale and i almost puked! faints~ my imagination is pretty good thus telling me such stuff would totally turn me off! other then that it was all laughters and everything fun! =)

woke up yesterday and realise my parents are both on leave!! weeee!! rare that i wake up on a wkday with people at home, as im home alone most of the days!! whole house only me and my darling Muffin!! And since its Mummy's birthday today, we decided to go out for lunch together though we had alrdy done a advanced celebration for her at Hotel Rendezvous on Sunday. =)

Anyway, we headed to Tampines Safra to have Sakura for lunch! i must say tt the food there is HORRIBLE!! gosh..their standards have dropped so much!!! Only the Sashimi and Dessert tasted ok. Everything else tasted terrible~ the food aint fresh, weird tasting, and its just bad! guess we wont be going back there to eat anymore~

anyway after lunch, we went to the Fruit Machine room also known as Jackpot room for awhile before heading home...upon heading home i bath Muffin and prep and headed out to meet sweety Erica for retail therapy!! haha! plus i had to look for a present for my sweety Caelyn! shopped from Wisma to Taka to Fareast. had dinner at Carls Jr at Fareast and chatted while waiting for time to pass before we head to Borders to walk around and then took a cab down to Double O to meet Caelyn!!

the night was great and her bday cake looks pretty nice! had the cake cutting session, lotsa drinking of Martel, Tequila shots (my fave!) and her friends got her a flaming Lamborghini! danced for awhile, played some cakes, took photos and soon after Caelyn was totally wasted and both me and Erica ended up spending the rest of the night taking care of her. haha! bumped into quite a few friends as well and some of them happen to be common friends that turned up for her bday. =) i shant go into details as to what happen after she got drunk haha! but anyway her bf soon send her home and the night ended.. =)

My Fingers hurt badly~

had my first Guitar lesson with Winston Bro today! Its been 2 yrs since my lesson with Mike korkor~ Thus my fingers arent use to it anymore~ on top of that i've forgotten everything i learnt! Thus we went thru all the basics to refresh my memory today~ Gosh and i must comment, Winston is not only good with the guitar, his vocals are pretty impressive as well!! And did i mention he is the guitarist of their band named Supernova! =)

Known him for about 8+yrs in secondary school as he was my senior back then, and i only know he plays the guitar, but didnt know he can actually play it so well and sing so well too. haha!

Anyway Thanks bro for the lesson today! =) Hopefully by next week i've improved abit! So i can learn more new stuff!! Weeeee~

More practicing would be done everyday!! This time i'm determined to learn the guitar til im good at it!! No more giving up this time!! =) I shall not let my Black Beauty, Lulu, be neglected anymore!!!
