I'm back from Bangkok

I'm back from Bangkok

It was sucha rush trip. everything was so rush!

Reached Thailand on sat night (1st day)at about 8+pm (thai time). Took a cab and went to our hotel to check-in. (Grand Diamond Suite Hotel) After which we went out for dinner and bought some stuff on the way. After which we head out to club! I cant remember exactly which club we went but it was really crowded. I personally feel the DJ aint very gd though. The songs were all so messily mixed and played. changing from slow to fast songs, from genre to genre. but the people there were pretty fun! haha!

on sunday (2nd day), we went for breakfast, after which head out to shop! went to 'Chut-to-chut' for only bout half an hour before they decide to go elsewhee to shop as the sun was just too hot and we were all melting! We then head to Platinum to shop. Then we head to have CharSiu noodle for lunch where we bumped into Jeffrey! after which we continued shopping. evening we went back to put our stuff back at the hotel and went out again for dinner at MBK before finally coming back to rest for the day.

on monday (last day), we went to Baiyoke Sky Hotel to have breakfast as we didnt like the breakfast at our hotel. after which continue shopping and Linda went to the dentist to wash her teeth (thats where i use the comp there to blog from bangkok), after which we went to shop around abit before going back to hotel to pack our stuff and checked out. we then went out again to platinum to continue shopping again. shopped til Shirlene realise she lost our baggage slip, thus not wanting to take any chances of the anyone picking up the slip and going to the hotel to take out baggages, we decided to end out shopping trip and rush back to get out baggages and took the minivan which we hired to the airport. and as they calculated the time wrongly, we reached the airport too early and ended up waiting there for about 4hours before we could check in our luggages. Went to have dinner and after checking in we went to walk around for awhile til our legs were all tired and went in to sit down for another 2 hours til we could board the plane back to Singapore. The wait would ahve been shorter if not for the stupid flight delay. *sulks* By the time we arrived Singapore where my dad came to pick me up, it was about 1.30am! got home at 2am, washed up and i went to slp right away without even having any energy to unpack my luggage~

anyway i gotta get back to rushing my assignment which is due on 2april09! will upload the picts soon! not much picts though. As i didnt use my camara to take any at all. some of the picts are in Shirlene and Yvonne's camara. Thus have to wait for them to send to me. which i dont think would be very soon. Anyway picts wouldnt be more than 20shots. *sigh* will take more picts on my next trip there again. *ciao for now~*

some photos are up. do check them out HERE!

Bangkok Here i Come!

Bangkok Here i Come!

in just another 6 hours plus from now i would be on the plane flying towards Thailand, Bangkok! This trip would be going with Shirlene, Linda and Yvonne. Shopping madness, Cheap Massages, Non stop eating and tons of Fun Fun Fun with my girls~! So looking forward to it!

But yet i would be missing my precious Muffin, baby, my family, my room, my blog, and my loyal readers! But fret not! Its only a short trip and i will be back on Monday Night! Thus dont miss me too much! haha! =D

Photobucket
My Luggage! All packed up and ready to go! =D It very big and very empty now! i so wanna filled it up when i come home! haha! =p

Photobucket
My Darling in my Lugagge! He says he wants to go too! Im sure i can smuggle him in! My luggage is almost empty and he wont take much space! Plus my luggage is so big he can even move ard in them! hahaha! awww..Muff~ dont miss me too much i will definitely miss ya too! Will try to bring lotsa stuff for u back from BKK! =D

My Poor Darling probably feels very naked now!

My Poor Darling probably feels very naked now.

He is back from grooming and its as if he's having some kinda morale issue. The usual Vainpot Muffin who loves to camwhore doesnt seem to enjoy having his photos taken. He kept looking away from the camara, hiding himself, turning away or simply dig his head into the blanket or face down. And he's not smiling in any of the photos at all! Thus making it very difficult for me to snap many picts of him. Could only manage to snap a few before i eventually gave up and let Muffin rest.

Anyway My parents and bro commented he looks like a lamb now. Haha! All of us thinks he looks kinda skinny now and he looks better with long fur. But my dad feels he looks cuter now without his long fur. Haha!

In anyway my silly Darling, I still LOVE you all the same! *hugs*muacks* =)

My Lil Muffin is going for his Grooming Session again!

My Lil Muffin is going for his Grooming Session again!

But before he does so i better take some pictures of his long fur! As i plan to have them cut off to about 0.5cm!! haha! that would be really short! But i dont have much of a choice. His fur is tangling up pretty badly these days no matter how i comb as he has been at home along these few days as everyone at home is working, im studying for exams and my bro is in camp. Thus he tends to lick himself pretty often. Ended up i have to cut off some of it, resulting in lotsa patches and uneven-ness, as its been matted up very badly and trying to comb them through would cause pain to my Darling! Aside from that, he had a bad tick attack last month which has since been cleared and taken care of, but that meant he cant go out for his favourite walks as often as his fur is too long and ticks can hide in them and not be seen which is pretty dangerous.

Thus not wanting to risk anything and wanting to bring him for more frequent walks, i've decided to keep them SHORT til next time when i really have the time to really maintain and take good care of it!

As for now, here some pictures of his LONG fur before grooming! Will upload his after grooming picture soon!! =)

Photobucket
Muffin with my Pooh, Piglet and Tigger! He's almost the same size as them!! hehe! Tts how small he is! =D My friends even commented that he can camouflage in with them as he looks just like a plushie too!

PhotobucketPhotobucket
His Backview! His center-parting is so straight and nice! I must mention that its natural! =)

My Darling Muffin! Haha he's sucha vainpot! With each click of the camara he turns to look at a different direction as if wanting me to take his side views and different views of him! haha! And as for me, i just happily click non stop on the camara! =)

Just had my USM (Understanding Strategic Management) Paper just now. Its one of the most DEMORALIZING paper of the year! *sulks* Apparently ALL the tips given by the lecturer wasnt tested! And we obviously didnt have enough time! Everyone came out of the exam hall looking very demoralized, gloomy and VERY furious!!

sigh... all our hardwork and effort didnt paid off at all! ARGH!

All i can hope and pray for now is that everyone else did badly and thus the results would be moderated. I can only hope for a pass now. Sigh. =( Oh God im really in need of your help and blessings! Amen!

Nothing worthwhile in life is done with a struggle! (Butterfly Story)

Nothing worthwhile in life is done with a struggle!

A man found a cocoon of a butterfly. One day a small opening appeared. He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through that little hole. Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten as far as it had and it could go no further.

Then the man decided to help the butterfly, so he took a pair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bit of the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily. But it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings. The man continued to watch the butterfly because he expected that, at any moment, the wings would enlarge and expand to be able to support the body, which would contract in time.

Neither happened! In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a swollen body and shriveled wings. It never was able to fly.

What the man in his kindness and haste did not understand was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening were God's way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon.

Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our life. If God allowed us to go through our life without any obstacles, it would cripple us. We would not be as strong as what we could have been. And we could never fly.

A story that i feel really reflects life in reality! Personally what i've learnt from this story is that Nothing in life is done without a Struggle. Everything in life happens for a reason! =)

Taylor Swift - WhiteHorse

Taylor Swift - WhiteHorse

one of the songs sang by Taylor Swift that im addicted to right now. she has other nice songs on her album as well. "Teardrop on my guitar" and "LoveStory" which could be found on my Imeem Music Player found on my Right panel! =) very sweet songs! enjoy!! =)

Say your sorry, That face of an angel comes out, Just when you need it to

As I pace back and forth all this time, 'Cause I honestly believed in you

Holdin' on, The days drag on, Stupid girl,I should've known, I should've known

(Chorus)
That I'm not a princess, This ain't a fairytale, I'm not the one you'll sweep off her feet
Lead her up the stairwell, This ain't Hollywood, This is a small town
I was a dreamer before you went and let me down
Now it's too late for you and your white horse, To come around

Maybe I was naive, Got lost in your eyes and never really had a chance
My mistake I didn't know to be in love, You had to fight to have the upper hand

I had so many dreams about you and me, Happy endings, Now I know

Repeat (Chorus)

And there you are on your knees, Beggin' for forgivness, Beggin' for me
Just like I always wanted but I'm soo sorry.....

That I'm not your princess, This ain't a fairytale
I'm gonna find someone someday who might actually, Treat me well
This is a big world, That was a small town There in my rear view mirror dissapearin' now
Now it's too late for you and your white horse, Now it's too late for you and your white horse
To catch me now.....

Whoa ohhh ohhh ohhh oh, Try and catch me now, Ohhh.., It's too late.....
To catch me now.

One paper down!

One Paper down! =)

yeah! had my HRM (Human Resource Management) paper this morning! woken up at bout 6.45 by Glenn's sms! thank god he smsed me! else i would probably have overslept! i had initially set my alarm to ring at 5.30 but it failed me! =(

anyway rushed to sch and did some last min revision before we finally headed into Samtas Hall for our 3hrs exam. i was pretty stressed up as its a 20credit paper. sigh. when i saw the question i sat there and stoned for about 10mins before i eventually started writing. contemplating which question to do or rather which question i had more confident in! i had studied most for most of the questions! but the down side was i couldnt remember everything! thus had to weigh which i had more confident in before i could start.

anyway overall i would say the paper was alright. not tt fantasticly done. but i believe i could at least pass i think. though i do hope to get at least a B! not much confidence. sigh.

after the paper went to have lunch with Jeffrey, Mike and Jerrain before we went home to tk a break for the day and continue mugging again the next day!

went home and did some stuff, played with Muffin and in the evening went to help my friend to move house.

She has so many things! faints. and the interesting part was i was suppose to help drive her company's van! (cuz im the only one among my friends who can drive a manual car and has a manual license!) i didnt drive tt kinda van before and was pretty scared! but i must say i was quite a fun experience! LOL! you get to look down on cars as in the van we would be sitting quite high up, the view and blindspots were all different and i must say its really very slow!! haha! faints! the pick up was slow, the drive wasnt smooth as it needed lotsa power to move, thus i had to step hard on the accelerator and the steering wheel was pretty stiff too! but i didnt have to turn much as the radius is bigger! thank god i didnt have much of a prob with it. but the moving of the furniture and her stuff was indeed very tiring!! adding on that i didnt have enough slp i ended up having a headache and vomitted again at the end of the day. (i always vomit when i have a really terrible headache tt last too long).

Photobucket
The van that i was driving for the day! LOL

its pretty amazing how the 3 of us girls could manage doing all the moving! haha! this only proves one thing! woman can live without man and do wat a man can do! haha! =) Cheerios to all women!! =)

after which, drove the van back and parked it and drive my car back to Bf's place for the night! when i switch over from the van to my car, i suddenly felt that the drive of my car is very smooth! and tts when i suddenly start to appreciate my car! haha! =)

Surprise for my Baby boy! =)

Surprise for my Baby boy! =)

Bf's birthday is coming soon, but he's gotta go for reservice for 2 wks! which would mean tt he may and may not have to be in camp on his actual bday depending on the schedule. not wanting to take any chances of missing out on his birthday, i decided to take out some of my mugging and exams revision time and prepared a handmade birthday card for him! encountered some probs along the way and kept re-doing, but i was determined to finish it! end up by the time i finish doing the card it was about 4+ to 5am! i started on it at about 1am!

PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket
looks pretty kiddish and simple i know! (im not a art student anyway..LOL...but i do believe i could have done better if i had more time to look for nicer resources and inspiration! haha!) but still glad he likes it and its now happily standing and flaunting on his shelf! =) *grins* (and to console myself...its the thoughts tt counts! LOL)

went to slp and set alarm to wake up at 10+ so i can rush down to get a gift for him before heading to KAP to study as usual with my study mates. but ended up i was too tired and didnt hear my hp alarm ring. only woke up at about 1pm. woke up and prep and rushed down to Bugis Junction and shopped around hoping to find something for him! combed the whole place and ended up hesitating between a few choices before i eventually got him a shirt from Topman which i felt was suitable for him to wear to work and yet also to go out! =)

Photobucket

after getting the gifts rush down to KAP (King Albert Park) to meet my mates to study but before heading up to McDonalds, i went to Swissbake which was just below to order a Mango Cream Cake for him! Studied til about 8, then i went down to Cold Storage to get him Black pepper chicken and some sushis, and collected the birthday cake and went down to his place.

Photobucket
the black pepper chicken and sushis! we had KFC as well but i forgotten to take a pict of it! it was brought by his mum~ more chicken for the day! haha!

PhotobucketPhotobucket
the yummy Mango cream cake from Swissbake for Baby's birthday! =)

As he had went to the car workshop (i had called before going down just to make sure he is home~), i took the time before he got home to place the gift nicely on his bed, hide the cake in the fridge and place the food on the dining table and waited for him to come home! =) When he reached home, he was first presented with the birthday gift and card, which he was pretty surprise and happy about as he had though i would be too busy with my exams preparations to get or do anything for him! hehe~ we then had our dinner and it was time for the second surprise! his birthday cake! hehe! =) did the usual cake cutting and blowing before we both eventually watched tv and we both knocked out to slp for the night~ =)
