Aside from external facial application, I believe that our day to day dietary intake does plays a huge part in maintaining and  having flawless, healthy and beautiful skin. It has a mild fruity sweet taste as it contains apple extract. Not too sweet like the other collagen I was previously drinking. The texture is not too thick and it does not have any fishy smell or taste (since it contains fish collagen) and it does not have any weird after taste like some other collagen drink. In fact I think it taste very much like apple juice, less sweet!

I did not notice huge drastic changes or improvement yet since I’m still on my 5^th bottle, but I did notice that my skin is slightly more hydrated and supple and has a little more glow compared to before consumption. Therefore I am going to continue drinking this with hopes that my skin would be more hydrated since I do have dry skin on the surface and hoping for more glow since my skin looks pretty dull as I start to age!!
