MY REVIEW

I've been really lazy these few years, not exercising and due to my work nature, I'm always sitted at my desk. Even after meals at home, I would just lie in bed or snooze on the chair or sofa. I really love to eat sweet stuff and snack on alot of junk food, be it at work or during my free time. When I really need to lose weight, I'll simply go on diets and skip my meals which is really bad for my health.
