Chef's Hats!!

Its been almost 2 year since I started walking past this Eatery almost every 3-4 time a week. Been wanting to try it, but always ended up eating something else. Some friends have told me that its nice and I should try it, and so after so long, we finally decided to have our first meal there at Chef's Hats.

Its located in the heartland of Hougang. Looks decent with simple layouts and furnishing. And today this cute signboard caught my attention.

They serve a variety of pasta, burgers, pork knuckles, steak, lobsters and even fresh live oysters prepared and cooked by a Chef named Chef Bernard who owns the place and have 16 years of experience previously with Ritz Carlton, Millenia and Marina Bay Sands!! They also serve a range of imported ciders and beers which I've yet to try but would like to try some day!

Food is of good quality and I would say price is somewhat reasonable for the quality of food and comparing it to other restaurant in the town area which serves the same range of food at slightly lower quality but at higher price. But it may be slightly on the high side if you are considering that it is located in the heartlands.

Overall I think it is recommend to try and recommended for people who would like good food but lazy to head out to busy town area. And ifyou go during off-peak hours, it would be a nice place to catch up with some friends and chill over a nice cider or beer. :)
