Yuriko Can Cook, So Can You: Recipe - Peanut Butter Marshmallow Chocolate Fudge in 5 Steps!!

Super Chocolatey, Super Yummy! A sweet treat for the sweet tooth, chocolate, marshmallow and peanut butter lovers~!

Boyfy found this online and we decided to give it a try too!! Super simple! Just 5 steps!!

1 packet of 250g semi-sweet/dark chocolate chips (depending on how sweet you like it to be)
1 cup of peanut butter
4 cups of mini marshmallow

Total Time: 15 minutes
5 minutes preparation
10 minutes cooking

Total Cost: Less than $10

 You can easily find these at NTUC/Phoon Huat! =)

Step 1: Grease/Oil a 9 inches square mould/pan. I chose to lay a layer of aluminum foil over as it'll be easier to remove later on.

Step 2: Melt chocolate in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.

 Step 3: Stir in peanut butter and mix well 

 Step 4: Remove saucepan from heat and place on cooling grill/corkboard. Pour in marshemallow and mix. (Dont stir and mix for too long as the marshmallow will melt due to the heat)

 Step 5: Pour into mould/pan and chill until firm

And there you have it!! Simply cut into squares and serve!
